Maple Cinnamon Chicken


Ingredients

5 large boneless chicken breast

1 cup of maple syrup (use the best one)

1tbsp of ground cinnamon

1 garlic bulb

1 sweet onion

1 small fresh ginger

1tsp of cayenne pepper

1tsp of paprika

1gal ziplock

Directions

Peel and mince all garlic, sweet onion, and Ginger Place in ziplock bag

Add all the dry spice ( cinnamon, paprika, and cayenne pepper) in ziplock bag

Place all chicken in ziplock bag and mix well Pour 1 cup of Maple Syrup in the

ziplock mix and shake the all the ingredients together

Allow minimum of 1 hour of marinating (the long the better)

Recommend to use cast iron pan on open fire.
